• Boys Lacrosse Camp

This week long camp will focus on both fundamental skills and team play with an emphasis on learning, improvement, and enjoyment. This is open to all skill levels. There is no experience necessary and we take all levels of play. Campers should come with full lacrosse equipment (gloves, elbow pads, chest protector, helmet, cleats/turf shoes, lacrosse stick).   This Co-Ed Cross Country Camp is for advanced runners--but also for less experienced runners who are ready to begin training every day to prepare for the fall cross country season ahead.   This mini-camp will provide student-athletes with the opportunity to learn and practice the fundamental skills of springboard diving. Beginning divers will learn the 5 basic dive categories (Forward, Backward, Inward, Reverse, and Twisting), as well as basic dry-land drills and exercises for practicing and maintaining consistent diving mechanics and good form.
