Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Qualifications:

正规网赌推荐 may be nominated after their 10th reunion.
Coaches may be nominated after five years of continuous coaching service and after one year of their departure from 十大网赌平台推荐.
Teams may be nominated but must have accomplished a significant feat in order to be considered (state championship, conference championship, stellar competition record)
Club sport athletics and teams will be recognized under the same selection process as school-sanctioned athletics and teams.
